How long will it take for my order to ship?

What should I do if there is something wrong with the items I purchased?
We have an excellent quality control team, but sometimes things happen. If there is something wrong with the products you received, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right! In your email, please explain what’s wrong and include pictures, if applicable. Please allow 24 hours for someone from our team to get back to you.
Returns
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time we cannot accept exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received and would like something else instead, please start a return for your original item(s) and place a new order.
Do you accept returns?
- If you do not absolutely love your Stella Ray products, we will gladly accept returns for a store credit only, minus the cost of shipping.
- Please start your return process within 14 days of delivery.
- Items are only eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, and free of stains and odors. Stella Ray reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item.
- Please note final sale items cannot be returned. These items include stickers and sale items.
How do I start a return?
We’re sorry you aren’t in love with your Stella Ray merchandise! In order to start a return please:
- Email [email protected] and include your full name, order date, order number, and reason for your return.
- Once we receive your email, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to use in order to send your item(s) back to us. Please note the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your total store credit amount.
- Once your item(s) have been received back at the warehouse, we will email you your store credit that can be used toward a future purchase.
